1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and AngelGate Solutions ("we," "us") governing your access to and use of SnapSpace, including the marketing page and the application (together, "SnapSpace" or the "App").
By accessing or using SnapSpace you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use SnapSpace.
2. What SnapSpace Is (and Is Not)
SnapSpace is an AI-powered interior-design visualization tool. You upload a photo of a room and SnapSpace generates AI-redesigned versions of it in several styles, along with informational product suggestions.
SnapSpace is not a licensed interior design, architecture, contracting, or engineering service; its outputs are AI-generated visualizations, not professional design plans, structural advice, or a guarantee that any redesign is buildable, code-compliant, or achievable at any particular cost. It is also not a retailer — see Section 5.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
Age. You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use SnapSpace, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use it on behalf of a household or business.
Your account, if applicable. If SnapSpace offers accounts, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly at support@orbixapp.com of any suspected unauthorized use.
4. Your Photos & AI-Generated Designs
Your responsibility. You represent and warrant that you own the room you photograph or otherwise have the right and permission to photograph and upload it, and that your photo does not include other identifiable people without their consent, or any content you do not have the right to share.
Your content, our processing license. You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant AngelGate Solutions a limited, non-exclusive license to process it — including through AI systems, potentially operated by third-party providers — solely to generate the redesigns and related outputs you request, and to operate and improve SnapSpace as described in our {link('/privacy/snapspace', 'Privacy Policy')}.
Nature of AI output. Generated designs are AI approximations. They may not precisely reflect your room's actual dimensions, structure, lighting, or feasibility, and are provided for inspiration only — not as a guarantee that any depicted look, layout, or item is achievable, safe, or available.
Do not upload: photos of other people without their consent, sensitive or confidential material, content you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful.
5. Product Recommendations & Third-Party Retailers
SnapSpace may suggest products from third-party retailers (for example IKEA, Wayfair, or West Elm) to help you recreate a look. These suggestions are informational only, are not endorsements or guarantees of price, availability, or fit for your space, and are determined solely by the retailer once you leave SnapSpace. Any purchase is a transaction solely between you and that retailer, governed by its own terms; we are not a party to it and have no responsibility for it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload photos of other people without their consent, or content you don't have rights to; use SnapSpace to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models; use automated means to scrape or abuse SnapSpace or its APIs; or misrepresent an AI-generated design as a professional design plan when presenting it to a third party (such as a contractor or landlord) without disclosing that it is AI-generated.
7. Intellectual Property & License
Our property. The SnapSpace software, design, branding, and all materials other than your photos and the resulting generated images are owned by AngelGate Solutions or its licensors.
Your license to use SnapSpace. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use SnapSpace for its intended purpose.
Feedback. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without compensation or attribution.
8. Privacy
Our SnapSpace Privacy Policy describes what happens to your uploaded photo and generated designs, and the choices you have. By using SnapSpace you consent to those practices.
9. Availability, Changes & Termination
SnapSpace is provided free of charge. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue SnapSpace or any feature (including specific design styles or retail partners) at any time without liability. You may stop using SnapSpace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPSPACE AND ITS AI-GENERATED OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, FEASIBILITY, SAFETY, COST, OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY GENERATED DESIGN OR SUGGESTED PRODUCT, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SNAPSPACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANGELGATE SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON A GENERATED DESIGN OR PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION, OR FROM ANY PURCHASE MADE WITH A THIRD-PARTY RETAILER. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR SNAPSPACE WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50), SINCE SNAPSPACE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AngelGate Solutions from claims arising out of a photo you uploaded, your use of SnapSpace, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Dispute Resolution: Informal Resolution, Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, UNLESS YOU OPT OUT.
Informal resolution first. Before initiating arbitration, you and we agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@orbixapp.com. The parties will negotiate in good faith for at least sixty (60) days.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute not resolved informally will be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Class action and jury trial waiver. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights.
30-day right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@orbixapp.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms.
14. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the state in which AngelGate Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 13, any dispute that may be brought in court shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located there.
15. General Provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding SnapSpace.
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
- Notices to us should be sent to support@orbixapp.com.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms as SnapSpace evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable advance notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
