1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how AngelGate Solutions ("we," "us," "our") handles information collected through the TimeJumper marketing/waitlist page at angelgatesolutions.com/TimeJumper. It is incorporated into the TimeJumper Terms & Conditions.
2. Current Status: Pre-Launch
TimeJumper has not launched. The page describing a time-bending mobile game with planned leaderboards, achievements, and online multiplayer is marked "Coming Soon" and describes planned functionality, not a currently available product. When it launches, TimeJumper is expected to process gameplay data such as a player account, scores, achievements, and — for its planned multiplayer features — matchmaking data. Because TimeJumper does not yet exist as a running service, we do not today collect, store, or process any of that eventual product data — there are no user accounts, no operational records, and nothing beyond what is described in Section 3.
3. Information We Collect Today
The only information we collect in connection with TimeJumper today is what you choose to submit by clicking "Join the Waitlist," "Get Early Access," or "Contact Sales" on the TimeJumper page, each of which leads to Angel Gate Solutions' shared contact form. That form collects your name, email address, the product and inquiry type you selected, and your message. It is submitted through a server-side function and delivered to AngelGate Solutions.
We also, like most cloud-hosted websites, automatically log standard web request data (such as IP address, browser type, and access times) for security and reliability.
4. How We Use This Information
We use the information you submit to: respond to your inquiry; keep a record of interest in the product for planning purposes; and, if you asked to be notified, contact you when the product becomes available. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not use it to build any kind of profile beyond responding to your request.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain waitlist and contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and evaluate demand for TimeJumper, after which they are deleted or archived. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including TLS encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
TimeJumper and its waitlist are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Your Rights & Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, or ask that we stop contacting you, at any time by emailing support@orbixapp.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
10. When TimeJumper Launches
Before or when TimeJumper becomes generally available, we will publish an updated, product-specific privacy policy describing the live product's actual data practices — including any accounts, application data, and functionality it offers at that time. That updated policy will replace this page for users of the live product. We will not silently expand what this policy covers; any material change will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date and, where required, notice to you.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our plans for the product evolve or as legal requirements change. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable advance notice.
