1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how AngelGate Solutions ("we," "us") handles information in our iPhone games: Sudoku Bloom, Mirror Blocks, Word Bloom, Number Merge, Matchly: Memory Cards, Pocket Planets (each a "game"). It applies to the games, not to our other products, which have their own policies. It is part of the Terms of Use for our games.
The games share one code base, so most of this policy applies to every game. Section 3 lists what is specific to each.
2. Information We Collect
You can play without an account. As a guest, your progress, settings and purchases-in-progress stay on your device.
- Account (optional). If you choose Sign in with Apple, Firebase Authentication gives us an account identifier, and (only if you share them through Apple, which lets you hide your email) your name and email address. Game Center sign-in is handled by Apple; see below.
- Gameplay data you sync. When signed in, we store your progress and stats: level or best score, streaks, missions and daily results, the themes or items you own, your in-game currency balance, and a summary of what the currency was spent on. We also keep a membership flag for Plus.
- Purchase records. Apple processes every payment; we never see your card number. We keep a record of which product you bought, its price and date, and whether a Plus subscription is active, so we can restore it and help you if something goes wrong.
- Ads. Free games show banner ads (and, where offered, optional rewarded videos) from Google AdMob. Google may process your device identifiers, IP address (and the approximate location derived from it), ad interactions and diagnostics to serve, limit and measure ads and prevent fraud. We request non-personalized ads and the games do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, so we do not track you across other companies' apps. In the EEA, the UK and other places that require it, Google's consent form (Google UMP) asks for your choice first, and you can change it later in Settings.
- Weather and location (games with weather skies). If you tap Allow, the game reads your approximate location on your device and asks Apple WeatherKit for the local weather to show matching skies. Your location is not sent to or stored on our servers. If you decline, the game uses time-of-day skies.
- Leaderboards. Apple Game Center shows your Game Center name and scores to other players according to your Game Center settings. Apple, not us, controls your Game Center profile.
- Diagnostics. If a game closes unexpectedly it keeps a short report on your device that you can choose to copy and send us. Apple and Google may also collect crash and performance diagnostics under their own policies.
- Gifts and support. If we send you a gift (for example bonus currency) or you contact support, we keep the gift record and your message.
We do not use the games to collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, and we do not run third-party analytics or advertising-attribution SDKs of our own beyond Firebase and AdMob.
3. What Each Game Stores
Signed-in progress is stored in Firebase Realtime Database in a separate area per game, readable and writable only by your own account:
| Game | Where your synced data lives |
|---|---|
| Sudoku Bloom | /ags/games/sudoku/progress/<your id> and /stats/<your id> |
| Mirror Blocks | /ags/games/mirror/progress/<your id> and /stats/<your id> |
| Word Bloom | /ags/games/wordbloom/progress/<your id> and /stats/<your id> |
| Number Merge | /ags/games/numbermerge/progress/<your id> and /stats/<your id> |
| Matchly: Memory Cards | /ags/games/pairmatch/progress/<your id> and /stats/<your id> |
| Pocket Planets | /ags/games/pocketplanets/progress/<your id> and /stats/<your id> |
Across games, a small shared record per account holds your profile (account identifier, optional name and email from Apple, creation date, Plus status), spending totals by category, purchase lines, and any gifts. Every game also uses Google AdMob, Apple Game Center and StoreKit as described above. Weather skies and WeatherKit apply to the games that show them (for example Pocket Planets and Sudoku Bloom).
4. How We Use Information
To run the games; sync your progress between devices; show leaderboards and daily challenges; process and restore purchases and subscriptions; show and measure ads; keep the games fair and prevent cheating, abuse and fraud; fix crashes; and answer your requests. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Ads and Your Choices
Free games show a banner at the bottom of the screen. Rewarded videos only play if you choose to watch one. There are no ads between levels that interrupt play. Buying Plus removes ads.
- Consent form. Where required, we show Google's consent form on first launch. Reopen it any time in Settings (Ad privacy choices) to change or withdraw your choice.
- Device settings. You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Opt-out in the US. Our ads are non-personalized, and we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. You may still contact us to exercise any privacy right.
Google's own practices are described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
In-app purchases (currency packs, starter bundles) and the Plus subscription are sold and billed by Apple. Plus renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. See the Terms of Use for the details.
8. Children's Privacy
The games are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the age of digital consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Ads are limited to non-personalized ads. A parent or guardian can also use Apple Screen Time and App Store restrictions to control purchases.
9. Retention and Deleting Your Data
Delete in the game: Settings > Account > Delete account and cloud data. This removes your synced progress, stats and profile and deletes your sign-in account. Your progress stays on your device unless you delete the app. If Apple needs a fresh sign-in first, the game asks you to sign in again and then delete.
Purchase, spending and gift records are kept after you delete your account. This is a deliberate choice: we need them for accounting and tax records, to prevent fraud and abuse, to handle refunds and payment disputes, and to meet legal obligations. We keep them for up to 7 years after the purchase or spend, then delete them (longer only if a legal claim or obligation requires it); fraud and abuse flags are kept for 12 months. They are held under your account's random identifier, not your name or email, and we do not use them for advertising or profiling. Deleting your account does not erase them. Where the law lets us delete them earlier (for example when we no longer need them for those purposes) and you ask, we will; email support@orbixapp.com from the address you used with us or tell us your game and account name, and we reply within 30 days. If you cannot use the in-game delete button, email us for everything else too.
Guest data lives only on your device and is removed when you delete the app. Ad and diagnostic data held by Google or Apple is governed by their policies.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict use of your personal information, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We act as the controller of the account data above. Our legal bases are performing the service you asked for, our legitimate interests in running and securing the games, your consent where we ask for it (ads, location), and legal obligations. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise a right, use the in-game delete button or email support@orbixapp.com. We may need to verify it is you.
11. Where Data Is Processed
Firebase, AdMob and Apple operate globally, so your information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards.
12. Security
Data moves over encrypted connections, access rules limit each account to its own records, and payments never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to This Policy
We will update this page and its date when the policy changes, and tell you in the app for material changes.
