1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and AngelGate Solutions ("we," "us") governing your access to and use of the DockPilot marketing/waitlist page at angelgatesolutions.com/DockPilot.
By using this page you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use this page.
2. About DockPilot (Pre-Launch)
DockPilot is currently in development and marked "Coming Soon." The page describes a planned workforce & operations management platform for warehouses and logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking, dynamic forms, and multi-site visibility — this describes planned functionality only. DockPilot is not currently available, and nothing on the page is an offer to sell, a guarantee of future availability, or a representation that any described feature will be included in the final product. Features, design, pricing, availability, and launch timing may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
3. The Waitlist & Early-Access Requests
Clicking "Join the Waitlist" or "Contact Sales" on the DockPilot page leads to AngelGate Solutions' shared contact form. Submitting it is an inquiry — it is not a purchase, an order, a subscription, a contract for future service, or a reservation of any kind, and it does not guarantee you access, a specific launch date, pricing, or that DockPilot will launch at all.
4. No Product or Service Yet Provided
Because DockPilot has not launched, no software, account, or data-processing service is currently being provided to you under these Terms. When DockPilot becomes generally available, its use will be governed by updated Terms specific to the live product, which we will publish at that time and which will supersede this page for users of the live product.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and branding of this page are owned by AngelGate Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them except as necessary to view the page and submit an inquiry.
6. Privacy
Our DockPilot Privacy Policy describes what information the waitlist form collects and how it is used. By submitting it you consent to those practices.
7. Communications
By submitting the waitlist/contact form, you agree to receive a reply to your inquiry and, if you asked to be notified, a message when the product launches. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS PAGE AND THE WAITLIST ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY THAT DOCKPILOT WILL LAUNCH, WILL LAUNCH ON ANY PARTICULAR TIMELINE, OR WILL INCLUDE ANY FEATURE DESCRIBED ON THE PAGE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THIS PAGE WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50), SINCE NO PAYMENT IS COLLECTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE DOCKPILOT WAITLIST. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the state in which AngelGate Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that may be brought in court shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located there.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms as our plans evolve. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of this page after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
