How much do I actually earn?+
On every payment a referred account makes, you earn 80% of the profit — the amount they pay after we first cover taxes, payment-processor fees, and a standard per-plan platform cost allowance (and excluding refunds, chargebacks, credits, and promotional discounts). You keep earning it for as long as that account stays an active paying subscriber.
When does the clock start?+
You start earning on a referred account's first paid invoice — not the day they sign up — and you keep earning on every payment for as long as that account stays an active paying subscriber. A lead who upgrades later simply starts earning you a share from that point on.
How am I paid, and when can I access it?+
Every share is tracked automatically against real Stripe payments. New earnings are held for 32 days — the window in which an invitee could still request a refund — then become available to cash out. Connect your bank account with Stripe once, and any time your available balance reaches the $50 minimum you can cash out — Stripe sends it straight to your bank.
Why is some of my money “held”?+
If an invitee is refunded within their 30-day money-back window, that share is reversed. Holding new earnings for 32 days means you're only ever paid on money Orbix actually keeps — nothing gets clawed back after you've cashed out.
Can I see who signed up with my link?+
You'll see exactly what each invitee paid, their plan, and your share — but never their name or email. Partners see performance, not personal identities.
Is there a cost or a cap?+
No. Joining is free, there's no limit on how many accounts you can refer, and there's no cap on what you can earn. Got a big audience? Ask us about a boosted rate.
