How billing works

Orbix subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You choose a plan, and you're charged automatically each cycle until you cancel.

Plans

• Starter — 1 website and a small monthly AI credit allotment to try the platform.
• Pro — more websites, a larger AI credit allotment, and additional features.
• Agency — the highest limits plus team seats and collaboration features.

Billing cycle

Paid plans renew automatically on the same date each month (or year, if you choose annual). Your AI credits reset at the start of each cycle.

Payment methods & invoices

• Add or update cards on the Payment Methods page.
• Every charge generates an invoice you can download from the Invoices page.

Selling on your own site

If you sell products through your Orbix site, payouts run through Stripe Connect and go directly to your connected account. Angel Gate applies a platform fee on those sales that drops as you upgrade — 3% on Starter, 1% on Pro, 0% on Agency; standard Stripe processing fees are paid by you as the site owner.
