Canceling your subscription

You can cancel whenever you like — there are no long-term contracts.

How to cancel

1. 1Go to Billing in Account & Settings.
2. 2Click Cancel subscription.
3. 3Confirm. You'll keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.

What happens to your sites

• At the end of the period your account moves to the Starter plan.
• Sites beyond the Starter plan's limit are unpublished but not deleted — they're preserved and come back if you re-subscribe.
• Your content and data are retained according to our data retention policy.

Refunds

New subscribers are covered by a 30-day refund policy on their first subscription payment. After 30 days, charges for the current period are non-refundable, but you won't be billed again after canceling.
